RENTAL PROCESS
Order and pay online on our website. All rental charges must be paid for in full at the time of reservation.
When booking, please include your preferred drop-off time and location in the additional notes section. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time. In the event we aren’t available, we will contact you by email to schedule another suitable time.
Rental Agreements and Liability Waivers must be completed for each board prior to drop-off. Both are available online or we can send one to your email after booking.
For liability purposes, please have a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) on hand to verify your identity upon drop-off. Rental items can only be left with the person on the booking, with the matching credit card from the payment.
When possible, rental equipment can be dropped off the day before your reservation begins and picked-up before 12:00 pm the day after use. There is no charge for the partial days. For example:
A 3-day reservation from Friday to Sunday can be dropped off Thursday evening and picked up on Monday by noon and charged for 3 days only.
We will send you a text on the day of the drop off and pick to confirm the time and location.
Returns received after 12 pm on the day of return are considered late.
A refund of 50% of payment will be the fee collected to cover the inconvenience of a cancellation if it affects another customer. Failure to contact us at least 72 hours prior to your reservation date MAY VOID your eligibility for a refund.
If you want to reschedule your booking, and provide more than 48 hours’ notice there will be no fee charged. If less than 48 hours notice is given, a one-day rental fee charge may be added to your total booking charge.
Extensions to your booking can only be made subject to availability.
Late returns will be charged double the daily rental rate for each day late. Returns received after 12 pm on the day of return are considered late.
All rental gear must be returned clean, dry and in working condition. Rates for cleaning and repair are $40 per hour with a $20 minimum, plus the cost of parts and materials as needed. The full retail value will be charged for lost, stolen or destroyed rental equipment.
